Rules

SCHOOL DIARY:

The school diary is meant to be a record of the daily academic activities of the students. It is signed by the teachers and then by the parents every day. Special information is shared by the teachers with the parents through this diary.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :

All students are to compulsorily maintain a clean and tidy uniform throughout the year, because this adds not only to one’s appearance but to one’s personality as well. Weekly monitoring of the student’s uniform will follow the schedule below:

Monday	Nails & Hair
Tuesday	Uniform
Wednesday	Shoe & Socks
Friday	Uniform

UNIFORM:

The material for the uniform is made available only through the school’s recommended tailors. Each child has to make at least three pairs of regular school uniform in addition to one sports uniform. Polished leather shoes, clean hair and trimmed nails form part of the outfit. White canvas shoes must be worn for sports and games classes.

All teachers, office and service staff of the school are required to wear uniforms as well because in this temple of learning, our founder Sir believed that we all are all equal. Wearing the uniform also enforces discipline amongst all the members of the family.

HOUSE SYSTEM :

Students are allotted a House in order to participate in different co-curricular activities organized throughout the year. This not only exposes the talents of students but also develops a competitive team spirit and a sense of belonging. The four houses are: Scarlet (Courage), Royal (Honesty), Emerald (Peace) and Gold (Sincerity).

WINTER UNIFORM:

Morning
For Boys and Girls Trousers and full sleeve shirts / brown v-neck pullovers / cardigans / (without any knitted design), brown skull-caps, brown gloves. On warmer days half-sleeve sweaters will be allowed.

Day

For Boys	For Girls
Full Sleeve Shirt and trousers,	brown V-neck pullover / Sweater (Class V – VI),
maroon blazer ( Class VII – X),	Full Sleeve Shirts & maroon V-necked Pullover ( Class XI – XII ).
Full sleeve shirt, brown V-neck front-open cardigan ( Class V – VI),	maroon blazer (Class VII – X),
maroon front open Cardigan ( Class XI – XII ).	On warmer days half-sleeve sweaters will be allowed.

ATTENDANCE:

Irregular attendance / long absence without any reasonable cause will lead to the cessation of studentship. Attendance is compulsory on the last day and first day before and after a vacation.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

Early departure or leave from school is strictly prohibited. In case of any prior appointment, guardians are advised not to send their ward to school on that particular day.

PLEASE NOTE:

Girls with long hair should neatly pin their hair with black clips or tie it up with black girders only.
No jewellery of any kind will be allowed.
Students are not allowed to bring any article that is costly, to the school.
Students are not allowed to wear wristwatches up to Class VIII. Students from class – IX onwards will wear simple wristwatches.
Mobile phones are prohibited.
