A wonderful initiative taken by The PASCHIM BANGA BIGHYAN MANCHA and ADARSHA PALLI YOUNGS' ASSOCIATION, Bigyan Mela is a science fair which gives us an exposure to the simple but unique scientific phenomenon in our daily lives. From model making, quizzes, to speeches of prominent scientists and professors like Dr. Debi Prasad Duary, the Director of Institute of Astronomy, Space and Earth Science,Dr. Kunal Sarkar, Director of Medica Hospital, Dr. Dibyendu Dutta, former General Manager of ISRO and many more were there. It was held from 22nd to 24th of December. This 3 days long experience was really informative and enriching to all our participants and the viewers.
In speech 1st position was bagged by Aaratrik of class 9 2nd position was bagged by Aishi Das of class 8
In Model Making 3rd Position was bagged by the group comprising of the following students:
