Senior School Counsellor Anamika Sen conducted a series of insightful workshops for the teachers, focusing on work-life balance and rejuvenation.
On March 13, 2025, teachers from Nursery I to Class IV participated in a session titled "Work-Life Balance and Me." The workshop provided valuable strategies to maintain a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
On March 17, 2025, teachers from Classes V-VIII, and on March 18, 2025, teachers from Classes IX-XII attended the session on "A Step Towards Rejuvenation." In these sessions she addressed issues like managing stress, and fulfilling professional commitments while prioritizing self-care.
The workshops were highly appreciated, leaving teachers feeling refreshed and motivated to begin the new academic session on a positive note. This initiative by the school was very much appreciated by the teaching faculties.
