Swamiji's teachings were deeply rooted in the principles of spiritual harmony, tolerance, and the recognition of the divinity in every individual. In 1984, the Indian Government declared Swami Vivekananda's birthday National Youth Day to honour his ideals and to inspire the youth of the nation.
We celebrate this day every year to move ahead with Swamiji's ideals and pray for his blessings.
