ADMISSION NOTICE FOR TODDLERS
SESSION- 2026-2027

We are pleased to announce that the Toddler Section of Vivekananda Mission School (Extended Campus) will commence from 1st September 2026.

Age Criteria:

Children born between 01.09.2023 and 01.03.2024 (i.e., aged between 2 years 6 months and 3 years as on 01.09.2026) are eligible to apply.

Interested parents are requested to click on the Login option given below .

1. Click on Register Now and through your Mobile No. & Email ID complete the OTP verification & Register in this Portal.
2. After login, you can open the form by giving the Date of Birth of the candidate and fill it up.
3. After completion of form fill up, pay the Form fees and book the Interview slot when it is available.
4. After having successfully booked the Interview slot, you will receive an email with the schedule date & time.
5. All the communications regarding admission process will be sent to your registered Email ID.

Kindly note your interview will be conducted in offline mode at School Extended Campus:

1. Report to the school 10 minutes in advance for interview.
2. Both parent and candidate must attend the interview.
3. If any of the parent are unable to attend the interview, you need to take a prior permission by mailing at [email protected] or else your interview will stand cancel for that day.

Note:

1. Orginal Birth Certificate has to be shown during interview.
2. Seats are limited, First come first serve basis will be followed for this procedure.
3. Donations are not accepted.
4. Influential sources are not desired. The decision of the selection committee is deemed right and final.

Fees will not be refunded in case of withdrawal after admission.

Payment Terms:

For Applications between June to August

1. Payment can be made in full or in two installments.
2. 1st Installment (Partial Payment) amount is 50 % of admission fee and 2nd installment amount is 50 % of admission fee.

For applications from September onwards

1. Full admission fees must be paid.
2. No installments will be available.

Fees Details:

Approximate Admission Fee : Rs 36035/- (including 1 month’s fees)
Approximate Fees Per Month : Rs 2600/- For the Session 2026-2027

Fees will not be refunded in case of withdrawal after admission.

One passport-size photograph of the candidate

One passport-size group photograph (candidate with both parents, against a white background)

Birth certificate of the candidate

Online payment of Rs 600/-
